With over two decades of international experience in leadership positions in the pharmaceutical, financial services, and consulting sectors, Jasmine Zhong joined the Bial Group in October 2025 as its new Chief Financial Officer and as an executive board member.

Before joining Bial, Jasmine Zhong served as CFO of Operations & Integration at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where she led improvement of the group’s operational efficiency, investment management, and transformation post significant merger and acquisition initiatives. Prior to LSEG, Jasmine spent over 17 years at the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, where she held roles such as CFO of AstraZeneca Asia in Singapore, VP of Finance at AstraZeneca Innovative Medicines in Cambridge, UK, and CFO and VP for AstraZeneca China & Hong Kong, where she led profitable growth in the 2nd largest market globally. She started her career with IBM and Deloitte, working in China and the US for several years.

Jasmine holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a bachelor's degree from Hunan University. She has also completed executive education programs from MIT and the Stanford-National University of Singapore and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
