Meet Amin Srour, Supply Chain Specialist - Novipharma!

ACADEMIA AND MOTIVATION

I’m originally from Lebanon, where I studied business administration for my bachelor's. Throughout the past years of my career, I have developed a passion for the supply chain ecosystem. Before moving to Switzerland and joining BIAL/Novipharma I spent two years in Ireland (Dublin), working with a pharmaceutical company, and around six years in the Democratic Republic of Congo working with a mining company. Something people should know about me is that I’m driven by curiosity and a love for learning. I’m always seeking new perspectives, and I find it most valuable to learn through hands-on direct experience.

WHY BIAL?

When I was offered a role at BIAL, I immediately knew it was the right fit. I said “yes” because BIAL offered a unique opportunity to develop my skill set and collaborate with industry leaders.
