ACADEMIA AND MOTIVATION
I have a diverse and maybe peculiar academic background. I graduated in Cinema & Audio-visual which was, from a very young age, a passion, and then I complemented my knowledge with Digital Marketing training. I have written and directed some cinematic short films and music videos, having a brief experience in television that allowed me to understand that TV wasn’t the future I envisioned for myself. Since I can remember, art has been my fascination in all its different forms. Drawing and painting remain integral parts of my daily life, providing me with the best means of self-expression.

From the moment I joined, I felt a profound sense of pride in being part of a company with a legacy such as BIAL. The company stands out in a way that resonates with my professional and personal values.
I am very demanding with myself, and it was at BIAL that I found the challenges that helped me in my professional evolution. This alignment makes my work not only fulfilling but also inspiring, as I know I am contributing to a mission that truly matters. Being part of BIAL, where both tradition and innovation are cherished, gives me a sense of purpose, and drives me to achieve my best every day.
What excites me most about my job is the incredible opportunity to engage in diverse activities every day and make a tangible impact across various areas of the business. The dynamic of each project is different, each one more challenging than the other, and being able to see the impact it has on BIAL and its presence, is really rewarding.
JOURNEY AT BIAL
As a Product Owner in the Digital Business department, my days blend strategy, collaboration, and alignment with the business areas and my team to manage projects and craft solutions together, that can enhance BIAL's competitive. I focus on technical applications that allow the Commercial and Marketing areas to interact better and manage healthcare professionals providing them with the best and most optimised customer journey.
Recently, my journey has taken an exciting new turn with my involvement in the HR area, where I am helping to create and implement innovative solutions. Working closely with the Human Resources team, I am developing tools and strategies that enhance employee engagement, streamline processes, and improve internal user experience.
If there’s one word, I could use to describe my experience with BIAL, it would be "inspiring." The relentless pursuit of a greater good, deeply rooted in our identity as a family company, creates an environment where everyone is encouraged to strive for their best.
