What is the EFPIA Disclosure Code?
The EFPIA Disclosure Code is a code of conduct that requires all EFPIA member companies and companies that are members of EFPIA member associations to disclose transfers of value to HCPs and healthcare organisations (HCOs). Under the Code, EFPIA member companies, such as BIAL, will have to disclose the names of healthcare professionals and organisations that have received payments or other transfers of value from them.

In recognition of BIAL’s commitment to research and development, the group is a member of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), the respected federation of leading research firms in the European pharmaceutical sector.
We at BIAL, and according to our Transparency policy, confirm that our disclosures of transfers of value to HCPs and HCOs have been reported in line with the EFPIA Code of Practice key principles and its local transpositions.
